The connectivity issue affecting Easee chargers is happening for a limited group of users. All issued authentication credentials have maximum lifetime of 60 days, after which users need to reconnect. We are migrating towards a new solution without expiration in the coming weeks.

Due to recent changes in the BMW API integration, connections to all BMW vehicles are currently unavailable. As previously communicated, we are actively working to resolve this issue.
This impacts the live state-of-charge feature during charging sessions, as well as the Smart Charging functionality on select charge points.

We have identified and resolved the issue.

Due to a misconfiguration in a new release, the processing of new and existing sessions is degraded. The issue has already been resolved, we are working on restoring the affected sessions.
