The connectivity issue affecting Easee chargers is happening for a limited group of users. All issued authentication credentials have maximum lifetime of 60 days, after which users need to reconnect. We are migrating towards a new solution without expiration in the coming weeks.

Due to recent changes in the BMW API integration, connections to all BMW vehicles are currently unavailable. As previously communicated, we are actively working to resolve this issue.
This impacts the live state-of-charge feature during charging sessions, as well as the Smart Charging functionality on select charge points.

If you are experiencing issues logging into your portal page, please first clear your cookies. Then, remove the /account/login portion from the login URL and try again.

This is a temporary workaround while we work on resolving the issue.

Vehicle service is responsive again. We will continue monitoring.
