Due to a misconfiguration in a new release, the processing of new and existing sessions is degraded. The issue has already been resolved, we are working on restoring the affected sessions.

We have identified and resolved the issue.

The issue preventing new Audi vehicles from being connected to our platform has now been fully resolved. All connection services are operating normally, and new vehicles can once again be added without interruption. Previously connected vehicles were not affected.

The issue has been resolved by rolling back a previous version.

Incoming session volumes from GreenFlux are now back in line with the expected baseline.

This issue is considered resolved.

We have resolved the issue, and newly connected Volkswagen vehicles will now remain connected to the platform.

Unfortunately, users that have lost connection to their Volkswagen vehicle or are unable to retrieve fresh data from their Volkswagen vehicle will need to reconnect their vehicle.
