Emails sent with default template instead of custom

Due to an error, custom email templates were not applied between May 31, 2024, ~16.00 CEST and June 5, 2024, ~20.00 CEST. During this period, the default template was used instead for Clients configured to use their own. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. More info on this issue, including an RCA is available, feel free to request via a support ticket. We are implementing a structural fix to monitor and prevent such problems in the future.
