Connectivity issues with Volkswagen vehicles

We have resolved the issue, and newly connected Volkswagen vehicles will now remain connected to the platform.
Unfortunately, users that have lost connection to their Volkswagen vehicle or are unable to retrieve fresh data from their Volkswagen vehicle will need to reconnect their vehicle.

Less sessions received via Greenflux

We are currently investigating that we are getting less sessions in via GFX. We are contacting the supplier and trying to find the rootcause.

there should be no more issues after today ~11 AM.
Before that, indeed there could've been sessions failing and / or being sent via e-Clearing.
Connecting new skoda vehicles

The issue preventing new Å koda vehicles from being connected to our platform has now been fully resolved. All connection services are operating normally, and new vehicles can once again be added without interruption. Previously connected vehicles were not affected.

We have mitigated the issue by changing the DNS settings. All services should be available again, but it can take some time for DNS settings to propagate.
